8 year old Mikaylah decided she doesn’t want any presents this year for Christmas because she wants them all to go to the UNM Cancer Center for Children. The band, “Missing Stateside”, decided to help Mikaylah out by having a show at Elliot’s Bar & Grill. Elliot’s decided to waive the cover charge for anyone who brought a toy in for this event. We filled a HUGE box full of toys for Mikaylah. This video is dedicated to Mikaylah for all the hard work she is doing for less fortunate children. She was allowed to spend a couple of hours with the band before the show to play some songs with us…I think we found a new drummer.

Dropped off all the toys to the Children’s Cancer Fund today. The kids are going to have an amazing Christmas thanks to all your help. Thank you all again and Merry Christmas and have a safe holiday.

‘Wow’ is all I can say for the amount of toys that we picked up today from Los Lunas Fire Dept. They collected 271 toys. This gives a total of over 700 toys that have been bought so far or donated by the generous people that have supported Mikaylah. Thank you so much. Next will be bigger, and we hope we will have all your support.
